- Patients are required to schedule appointments in advance for all consultations, treatments, and procedures.
- Appointments can be made via phone, online portal, or in person at the clinic.
2. Grace Period:
- A 15-minute grace period is provided for all scheduled appointments. Patients are encouraged to arrive promptly.
- If a patient arrives within the 15-minute grace period, every effort will be made to accommodate their appointment as scheduled
3. Late Arrival Policy:
- If a patient arrives beyond the 15-minute grace period, their appointment will be canceled.
- Patients will be required to reschedule their appointment for another available date and time.
4. No-Show Policy:
- A "no-show" is defined as a missed appointment without prior cancellation or rescheduling.
- After three instances of no-show appointments, the patient will be charged a $35 no-show fee.
5. Cancellation Policy:
- Patients are requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
- Failure to provide adequate notice for cancellation may result in the appointment being marked as a no-show.
6. Fee Collection:
- No-show fees will be added to the patient's account and must be settled within 30 days of the missed appointment.
- Failure to pay outstanding fees may result in the suspension of scheduling privileges until the balance is cleared.
7. Exceptions:
- Exceptions to the no-show fee may be considered for emergencies or extenuating circumstances. Patients are encouraged to communicate any such situations with the clinic as soon as possible.
8. Notification:
- Patients will be informed of this appointment policy during scheduling and reminded of its terms via appointment confirmations and reminders.
